Registration
The registration fee for the Network II Conference is 1000 Turkish liras (TRY) per participant.
The registration fee covers participation in all conference sessions and access to conference materials. Please note that all conference materials will be provided digitally. No printed materials, conference packs, name-badge folders, or abstract booklets will be distributed as part of the conference.
Participants will receive digital access to the conference programme, the book of abstracts, and other relevant conference documents. They are therefore kindly advised to use their own digital devices during the event in order to consult the conference materials when needed.
Please note that the registration fee covers conference participation only. Dinner is not included in the registration fee. Any additional meals, accommodation, transportation, or personal expenses must be covered by the participants themselves unless otherwise indicated by the organizing committee.
Detailed information regarding the payment procedure, payment deadline, and any relevant administrative steps will be shared with participants in due course.
Certificate of Participation
A digital certificate of participation will be provided to registered participants after the conference. Certificates will be issued electronically and made available following the completion of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable except in cases where the conference is cancelled by the organizers. In such a case, further information regarding reimbursement or alternative arrangements will be provided by the organizing committee.
