Participants attending the Network II Conference are kindly requested to make their own accommodation arrangements in İzmir.

As the conference venue is located at Ege University, participants may find it convenient to stay in Bornova or in other districts that offer easy access to the university by public transportation. Depending on personal preferences, budget, and travel plans, accommodation may also be arranged in more central parts of İzmir.

İzmir offers a wide range of accommodation options, including hotels, apart hotels, guesthouses, and short-term rental apartments. Since availability and prices may vary depending on the season and local demand, participants are encouraged to make their reservations as early as possible.

Transportation in İzmir

İzmir has a well-developed public transportation network that provides convenient access to different parts of the city, including Ege University, the venue of the Network II Conference.

Participants may reach the conference venue by using metro, bus, and other local transportation services. Those staying in Bornova or in central districts connected to the metro network may find transportation to the university especially convenient.

For participants arriving in İzmir from other cities or countries, the city is served by İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport, which offers access to the city through public transportation and taxi services. From the airport, participants may use local transport options to reach their accommodation and the conference venue.

Participants are advised to plan their journeys in advance and to take into account local traffic conditions, especially during peak hours. Choosing accommodation with easy access to major transportation lines may help make daily travel to the venue more practical.
